Executive Profile - Ron Hodgson, Managing Director
After a number of years of successful selling, sales management, training and a position as Commercial Training Manager with blue chip companies, Ron started his own training and consultancy business in 1984.
He has written and delivered human skills training programmes and seminars for many companies in various industry sectors that include pharmaceutical, IT, manufacturing, construction, education and retail over the past twenty years. Live issues facing companies are squarely addressed, with the course content being specifically designed to meet training objectives.
Being driven by client need has encouraged long-term relationships with companies from these industry sectors. A strong emphasis is placed upon delivering services that are designed to link directly to the clients’ business goals that in turn achieve a return on investment.

Ron has studied psychology and has undertaken a number of seminars and workshops to enhance his knowledge.
During his time as Sales Manager, Training Manager and henceforth starting his own business, employee profiling became an integral part of the portfolio Ron has to offer his clients.
In the past 12 years he has conducted consulting and training programmes Internationally to a variety of organizations.
